Keyworker CIC - Home

Join Our Community

Expert in engaging exceptional, ambitious teachers, social workers and other key workers, we support ‘at risk’ key worker communities, analysing & responding to local resourcing risk in 'hard to recruit to' public services. Our location specific, proactive recruitment service integrates retention focussed training opportunities, providing measurable benefits back to the community.

Case Studies

National shortages of teachers, social workers & other key workers filter down to the local level putting pressure on local services. To help alleviate these pressures we work with stakeholders to promote attractive place-based propositions, stimulate inward migration (staff relocation) to communities in need & enable investment in support & training both for newly qualified and experienced staff members.

Take a look at our most recent projects below…

More than 6,000 applications have been processed since the 2017 launch.

Children First

‘Location, Location, Location’. Building on the success of Teach Northamptonshire the county is now taking a new, place-based, digital approach to recruiting social workers. Key Worker Community is supporting with project management, branding & audience engagement expertise.
